Diamond Education MainDiamonds are one of nature's most precious minerals formed over millions of years. Therefore at Divinity Diamonds we believe choosing the perfect diamond should reflect the true value and beauty of the diamond without being overwhelming. At Divinity Diamonds we consider an informed and educated client is a happy and satisfied client. With our Divinity Diamond education package we put the customer in charge of the process by ensuring that they understand the importance of certain characteristics of each diamond and how these characteristics will determine either the appearance of the diamond or how well it will complement certain pieces of jewellery.

Take time to read over the education package and should you have any further questions please feel free to call and speak with one of our expert Divinity Diamond consultants.

Diamond Education Cut
The cut of a diamond is not to be confused with diamond shape. The cut refers to the manner in which a diamond has been shaped and polished to ensure the diamond reflects the maximum amount of light.
    Diamond Education Colour
Most diamonds of gem quality vary in shade from colourless to yellow. A diamond's colour grade reflects the absence of colour. Therefore diamonds that are classed as white, containing little or no colour, are graded at a higher level.
                Diamond Education Clarity
Clarity is an evaluation of the number and size of tiny imperfections that occur naturally in most diamonds. Many of these imperfections are tiny, and do not affect a diamond's beauty in any way. Of the Four Cs, it is the easiest to understand.
Diamond Education Cut
The most well-known characteristic of a diamond - Carat is a measurement specific to a diamond's weight. A carat is equal to 1/5 of 1 gram. It is further divided into 100 points for an accurate description of weight.
