Product Availability and Pricing

Due to the individuality of each diamond sometimes a diamond can be sold before we are able to amend stock levels on this website. Should your desired diamond be unavailable a Divinity Diamonds diamond consultant will contact you to inform you and assist with another selection.

Occasionally, information, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or typographical error. At Divinity Diamonds we strive to avoid such errors however they may still occur. When they do occur Divinity Diamonds is unable to honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. In such instances Divinity Diamonds will contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Due to the fluctuating nature of diamonds and precious metals our prices are also subject to change without notice.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact one of our diamond and jewellery consultants at on 1800 884 458.

Insurance during Delivery

All Divinity Diamonds shipments are fully insured. For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery of your Divinity Diamonds orders.

Diamond Certificates

When you order a loose diamond or custom-built jewellery, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond certificate issued by a leading diamond grading laboratory. Therefore we require each diamond certificate to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.

Order Cancellation and Return Policy

Divinity Diamonds offers customers 30-days from the day their order is shipped to cancel or return their order. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, simply call a diamond and jewellery consultant at 1800 884 458 for further instructions and an authorisation of returns code.

Note that once your item has shipped, your order cancellation will take effect after Divinity Diamonds has received the return and verification has been made that the product is still in its original state.
